Harakka I (H-12)

Harakka I is a pirimary glider of Finnish origin. Prototype flew first time in February 1945. It was widely used for gliding instruction in 1940s and 1950s before the 2-seat gliders took their place in primary training.
Club owned Harakka I H-12 was purchased in kit form on 1945. The first flight took place in 23rd February 1947. H-12 is at the moment the only flyable Harakka in the world.

Technical data: Span 10.56 m, length 5.60 m, empty weigth 92 kg, start weigt 182 kg, normal speed 45 km/h.
